Terms of Service
These terms set out the agreement between you and Reyha Limited when you use the Reyha app. We have kept them as plain as we can. By using the app, you agree to them.
Who we are
Reyha is operated by Reyha Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17252526), registered office 76 Hecham Close, London E17 5QT, England. In these terms, "we", "us" and "Reyha" mean Reyha Limited; "you" means the person using the app.
What Reyha is, and what it is not
Reyha is a wellness and self-tracking tool that helps you understand your menstrual cycle and offers educational guidance on training, nutrition, sleep and wellbeing across your cycle.
Reyha is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Cycle phase estimates are informational only. They must not be used as a method of contraception, to plan or avoid pregnancy, or to make any clinical decision. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Reyha. By using the app you confirm that you are 18 or over.
No account
Reyha does not require you to create an account. There is no email, password, or login. Your information is held on your own device, as described in our Privacy Policy. Because there is no account, you are responsible for the security of the device on which you use Reyha; if you reset the app or delete it, your on-device data is permanently removed and we hold no copy to restore.
Acceptable use
When using Reyha, you agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms
- Attempt to access, disrupt or damage our systems or infrastructure
- Copy, resell, reverse-engineer or commercially exploit the app or its content without our written permission
- Rely on the app as a substitute for professional medical care
Subscriptions and payment
Reyha may be offered on a paid subscription. Where it is, the price, billing period and any introductory or founding-member rate will be shown to you before you subscribe. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed and managed by those platforms under their terms, including their rules on renewals, cancellations and refunds. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your app store account settings.
The founding offer
Where we offer a founding place to the first people who join our waitlist, the offer is a founding price for premium, shown to you before you subscribe. Founding places confirmed before 30 September 2026 instead give premium access at no cost for twelve months from the date premium becomes available to you, after which the standard price applies unless you cancel. Places are limited to the number stated at the point you joined, allocated in the order sign-ups are received, and confirmed to you by email before launch. No payment is taken to reserve a place. We may withdraw or change the offer for anyone who has not yet joined, but not for anyone already confirmed.
Your data
The data you log stays on your device and remains yours. The only personal data that reaches our servers is wearable and health-app readings, and only if you choose to connect a device. How we handle all of this, including your rights over it and how to export or delete it, is set out in full in our Privacy Policy.
Connected services
Reyha reads wearable and health-app readings from your phone's health hub, which is Apple Health on iOS or Google Health Connect on Android, so any device that writes to it (for example Apple Watch, Pixel Watch, Samsung, Garmin, Oura, Fitbit or Whoop) can feed Reyha. Your use of those devices, apps and health platforms is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy or availability. You can disconnect at any time, which stops any further data being shared with Reyha.
An Oura Ring can also be connected directly, under Profile then Wearable data. You sign in with Oura and give Reyha permission to read your daily summaries, and Oura then sends them to our server without passing through your phone. Your use of Oura is governed by Oura's own terms, and you can withdraw Reyha's permission at any time, in Reyha or in your Oura account.
Intellectual property
The Reyha name, app, content, and design are owned by Reyha Limited and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable licence to use the app for its intended purpose. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership to you.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Reyha available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, suspend or withdraw features, and we may change these terms. If we make material changes, we will give you reasonable notice in the app, and continued use after that point means you accept the updated terms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Reyha is provided "as is". We are not liable for any decision you make in reliance on the app's informational content, including cycle estimates or wellbeing guidance. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Ending your use
You can stop using Reyha at any time by deleting the app or resetting its data, which permanently removes your on-device information. You can remove any data held on our server using the in-app privacy controls. We may suspend or withdraw access to the service if you breach these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
