Delete your data from inside the app
Open Reyha and go to Profile → Privacy & data. You have two options:
1. Delete server data
Profile → Privacy & data → Delete server data. This immediately and permanently removes your wearable readings (heart rate, heart-rate variability, skin-temperature deviation, sleep, and activity) from our server, and disconnects any linked device. Your on-device data is left in place.
2. Reset app data (delete everything)
Profile → Reset app data. This wipes everything: all information stored on your device and your wearable readings and random identifier on our server. It is immediate and permanent. Deleting the app from your phone also removes all on-device data.
What is deleted, and what is kept
Deleted: everything associated with you — your on-device information (cycle data, logs, profile, settings), and, on our server, your wearable readings and the random identifier they are stored under.
Kept: nothing, other than any limited records we are required by law to retain. We hold no backup copy of your data once you delete it.
Because your server-side data is stored only under a random identifier that is not linked to your name or email, we cannot identify or delete it for you from a request sent by email — the in-app controls above act on your data directly, which is why deletion is done in the app.
